Led by Elaine Miller-Karas and Dr. Michael Sapp, these 1-hour are supportive and welcoming spaces designed to help community members who have experienced the devastating impact of wildfires in Southern California. These gatherings bring together survivors, fire responders, and anyone impacted by the fires to foster healing and hope. Each gathering focuses on practical strategies to manage stress, cope with loss, and navigate the emotional aftermath of a disaster.
