Saheli Circle is an in-person support group for survivors of domestic violence. This group will be held every Monday. Narika's Domestic Violence advocates will facilitate the support group. The purpose of the support group is to create a healing and safe space for stimulating conversations through crafts, book clubs, discussions, mindfulness activities, and movie nights. We will include breathing exercises and gentle stretches as part of the group every session.
