SAPHAL (South Asian Parents/Caregivers: Heal And Learn)

SAPHAL is specially designed for parents/caregivers of South Asian descent and is open to parents & caregivers with children of any age. We have also found it relevant for parents/caregivers from other collectivist and immigrant communities. Register here.

Parenting Session Details Are As Follows: 

• This session is for 6 weeks, starting September 17

• Sessions will be held Tuesday evenings via Zoom from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM. 

• All sessions are FREE of cost

• All sessions will be facilitated by Sangita Biswas, LMFT and Mullai Sampath, Narika Prevention Advocate

• Narika will supply all attendees with journals and documents to follow along during training
